- Our products are only sold on the gwsupplyco.com website and most of them are on amazon.com as well.

Does Greenwood Supply Company manufacturer their products?

No, we are a distributor and retailer, we do not manufacture any products at this time.

I received a broken bottle, should I return the broken glass?

- No. Please note which item(s) are damaged in your order and carefully dispose of or recycle any broken glass. We will gladly replace any damaged goods.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

We offer wholesale case pricing and special delivery options on certain products for retail businesses such as cafes, restaurants, food trucks, grocery stores, and other retail outfits who can meet a reasonable minimum order requirement. Can I order over the phone?

Yes, but we highly encourage you to create an account and order online. It will be much easier for you to track your order and fetch order information.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. If you do not see shipping rates in the shopping cart for your country, please contact us using the contact form and we will enable shipping options to your location.

My tracking results say "Delivered" but I cannot find my package. Is it lost?

Possibly, but we encourage you to look around to see if your carrier stashed it somewhere out of sight. If you still cannot find it, please wait another day as sometimes carriers falsely mark the package as "delivered," then, for whatever reason, actually deliver it the following day. Please contact us if your package has still not been delivered 2 days after it was marked "delivered" and we will research the issue.

I live in the San Jose / San Francisco Bay Area, can I pick up my order in person to save on shipping?

No. Our office and fulfillment center is not set up for will-call pickups at this time. We might; however, make this an option in the future.
