Shipping

Shipping days:

We ship every day of the week (M-F) except weekends (Satudays and Sundays) and federal holidays. We also do not answer phones on weekends or holidays, but occasionally answer emails.

USA Domestic Transit Times:

US Postal Service: We only use USPS First Class and USPS Priority Mail. USPS First Class typically has a transit time of 2-4 days, and USPS Priority Mail is usually 1-3 days. Neither service is guaranteed and we sometimes see longer transit times in November/December.

UPS: Below are standard UPS Ground Transit Times outbound from San Francisco, CA (where our warehouse is located). UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2-Day Air, UPS 3-Day Select are also available.

Cutoff Times:

The cutoff time for same day shipping is generally 12:00 PM PST; however, we do not guarantee same day shipping. If you absolutely need your order shipped on the same day, please contact us before or immediately after placing the order to make sure that is possible. Please email us using the contact form immediately after placing your order if you have any special requests or delivery deadlines. Please reference your name and order number when doing so.

Where we ship:

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. A packaging / handling fee may be assessed to international orders.

Will Call:

Unfortunately, will call pickup is not an option at this time as we are not able to accommodate foot traffic at our fulfillment center.

Freight Collect:

Freight collect is available to wholesale buyers only.

Loss or Damage:

Don't worry too much over broken or lost merchandise. If something in your order is damaged or goes missing during shipping, we will gladly replace it. If the damages are significant, we may ask that you cooperate in the claims process (not difficult).
